Jim was one of the nicest people I've ever met. I recently updated my kitchen and the faucet was the final step but we ran into trouble and decided to look for a professional. I reached out to RJ Wirtz because they were one of the first on my google search and also had 5 star reviews. After my experience I can see why. He answered my call right away and we had a next day appointment. He called ahead of time the day of to confirm which was very nice. He was very efficient and very fairly priced. I felt I was getting honest work and will always refer their business to others. Thanks Wirtz Plumbing!!

Update May 2020: We had Jim and his son out to install a gas line for a new stove, as we wanted to convert from electric to gas. Once again, Jim provided quick, effeicient, competent service. His price was unbeatable and his knowlege unparalled. Other plumbing companies that had come out hemmed and hawed about how to proced, but Jim quickly knew what to do, got the parts, came back and got the job done and done well. Thanks again, Jim, and we will continue to call you when we have plumbing needs.nUnbelievable excellent service with Jim. I had another Crown Point plumbing company come out for what was supposed to be an easy fix and they could not help me. I called Jim at R J Wirtz Plumbing and he came right over. He was able to view what needed to be done and he went to get the needed part. After returning the same day, he had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. He was nice, professional, and competent in his repair and interaction. If, and probably when, we need another plumbing contractor, we will call Jim.
