It is no more Polish than Taco Bell is Mexican. The Polish sausage was oversalted. Granted the cook doesn't make the sausage, the salt content could be leveraged by the sauerkraut, but no, the kraut was salted beyond edible.nI had driven forty miles beacause it's meant to be Polish. I have passed much better food on my way: at $6.73, the sausage with sauerkraut was more expensive and much worse than a Subway 6-inch sandwich ($5.22) or Arby's French dip (under $6).

Very good service and owner was willing to give me samples of everything prior to booking for a huge party.
What can I say, polish deli spots are hard to find. Good food and service. Please patronize so they don't disappear.
