Information board and South shore line ticket machine functional
Great way to get out of town, however there are train delays, and some of the conductors are rude. Sometimes it either too hot or cold.
I was stranded there last night because I missed my last train and the late night officer went above and beyond to help get home and I'm very grateful. I told him thanks a million times but I dont feel like that was enough.
The place is clean well-lit
Never had any problems with the ride. People always helpful and polite. Easy to use and cheap. Great way to get to Chicago from Indiana for the weekend.
