We had an old galvanized water main between the street and house that started leaking like crazy. Had them out to take a look. They quoted us a price for a whole replacement that wasn't, you know...insane. They also were quite good about moving us up their priority list. Once we settled on the fee, and they got the permits, they were out the next day.nnA lot of other plumbers we called wanted anywhere from $60 to $120, simply to come out & look at it, give a quote. We had none of that price gouging nonsense from these guys. The man they sent was courteous, professional, upfront, direct and honest.nnThey came in, did the backhoe ballet with *minimal* surrounding damage to sidewalks, landscaping, etc. The whole team of guys was friendly, answered any questions we had, and were quite professional the whole time.nnWhen we decide to move the rest of our house to PEX, these will be the first people we call.nnTrustworthy, good value (considering the job they did for us was a dig) and they're flexible, and work well with others.nnThese folks did a good job, at a fairly quote price...didn't try to raise the scope, and did not do any gotcha's on the agreed to price.nnThis is the one great plumbing service out of 10.
Had a clogged sewer drain. Austin came out and did an excellent job on our 1849 home. Wife happy I can shower again. Same day service. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so. I always request Austin, for he is like the Steve Austin, the 6 million dollar man.
Tom was very outstanding explaining every detail of the job. He was so hospitable and such a down to earth guy. I consider him my new friend. He is such a great guy. Thank you Tom not just for the work you done but for being a nice person during these times.
I called and spoke with Leslie and less than hour they were here. Tom came out, COVID PREPARED, and was able to assess the situation after we talked through it. He performed the necessary operations and we were back in action within minutes. Highly recommended!
