It's an okay station. I would definitely feel more comfortable using Carroll Avenue than I would using 11th Street. I haven't been back in a while but I'm using it today. Hopefully it's not as dirty or sketchy as I remember.
I love taking the train. It avoids traffic and expensive parking. Almost always on time. Reasonsble price. Seats could be more comfortable. But hey we can't all be perfect. Keep up the good work.
Least expensive way to get to the middle of Chicago, but plan ahead if you want a good seat. It's almost entirely self-service, so be prepared to go it alone. The app is worth the download, if for no other reason than scheduling.
No staff on the weekend or outside business hours. Also no toilets or facilities outside hours which is crazy. To you are on your own at that station.
This place has been a valuable source to helping me on my job, and I wholeheartedly thank you.
