Terrible in Michigan City. Ordered a taco party pack, 12 delights few nachos. Called to tell the person who answered I had missing nachos and had no receipt because of this COVID thing or whatever they didn’t give me one. Got told I’m lying about some value cheese nacho and got hung up on. Bad way to do business over some $2.00 items.

Always yummy food. Customer service was great at the Michigan city location. Food was fresh and reasonable prices. What more do you want?

Decent taco bell, just took FOREVER. Seems like not a good idea to move so slow in the middle of a dinner rush? I know customers can take their time and slow the line down, but I sat at the window for a long time, considering how long I'd already sat in line, and my order was pretty simple.
