Very polite staff very helpful worth the money for quality products
Incompetent.We ordered a small carpet job for our newly remodelled house (a set of stairs). They messed up the order big time. No one checked the order when it came in they would have easily determined that the quantity required did not match what they received. Then, their recommended installer was supposed to show up for a Saturday install and forgot, when he committed to our appointment, that he already had a job on Saturday and didn't show up (after a discussion on Friday the day before!).We were trying to have this done for Christmas. We ordered the product on 12/02. I'm glad we didn't commit any other jobs to them. If you need carpet, buy it elsewhere.
Amazing customer service! Jim Bolka was exceedingly helpful and more so than the manufacturer of a plumbing fixture that was still under warranty!
