Staff demanded I wear a mask while inside the store. I said I don't have to ever buy anything there again. I am an essential worker. I have worked in the public everyday since this started. I know how to stay away from people and when to wear a mask. A mask is to prevent someone with a sickness from spreading it. If they have a company policy like that I don't have to ever go there again. Ever.
I had a section of drywall that needed to be replaced. I have never done drywall. The employee in the building dept. listened to the problem, took my order and told I would need suggested tools, told me the depts. where the items were I am impressed! The employee outside in the yard cut the drywall for me and loaded everything. I will ALWAYS GO TO THIS HOME STORE!!!! FABULOUS HELP! ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01
I just don't like how you have to wear a mask. That is my only issue. Other than that Menards is great.. I tend to go elsewhere more time than not simply because of the mask
Michigan City has changed around the store a tad but still great help in locating items. Even with lots of Christmas shoppers.
Good store for the handy my life.. got a dinosaur bone and stuff to fix my house. Staff is always helpful and nice.
