We have our furnace checked and cleaned every year. Especially since it’s an older unit. I really liked how the Summers company protects its employees and customers by wearing masks and foot coverings when entering our home. Johnnie was very thorough and I liked how he used a camera to get into the flue and duct system to check for any deteriorated or blocked spots. He left my furnace and around my furnace very clean and tidy. Johnnie did a great job explaining the health of my furnace. He gets 5 stars from me

*Update * Well, today was the big install day, and I am thoroughly impressed!!! The installers were on time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and neat. They were in and out in just a few hours, and that was with installing a high efficiency furnace, and a new direct vent water heater. There was no mess left behind, which was great! I've never seen a crew that cleaned up so well. I definitely recommend this company!nGreat experience. At this time, we have just gotten the estimate, and set up an installation date and time, but I don't forsee any issues or problems. A little higher in price than other estimates, but it clearly seems like you definitely get your money's worth! Will post more information after the installation.

Replaced my 20 year old furnace with a great new one. Excellent price and quick service. I definitely will use them for other services in the future.

Billy Buchanan is an expert plumber and a pleasure to deal with. He is very friendly and personable. We have an older home which takes knowledge and expertise to repair outdated plumbing and fixtures. He installed a new washer box, waterlines and drain line for my new washer. It has made my laundry area look modern and up to date. He also provided additional suggestions to update other items for added convenience and aesthetically appealing.

Very informative. Polite. Productive. Knowledgeable. Didn't try and trick us into spending more money.
