I'm relatively new to the area and was told to try Big C. I've been there a few times and everyone has been helpful and I got great service. Recently, I ordered a load of about 45 boards. I got them delivered due to covid 19. After I arrived home ,they were already delivered. I must have gotten every 2x4 and 2x6 that was bad , because EVERYONE was bad. Not one had all four corners on them. I should have had them taken all back but didn't. I ordered here so I didn't have to go inside the big box stores. I may have too. Very dissatisfied.
Friendly and helpful. My first visit was great, got what I needed and the free delivery made the experience that much better.
I always receive great service when I go to Big C!! The staff are always pleasant willing to work with me and help me-especially when I go in looking for something I only have a name for and have no clue what I'm asking for LOL!! They cut my boards to the sizes I ask without question, and always make sure I'm happy with the product before I leave! Prompt and ready to help!! That's great service!!
Big C in Laporte has outstanding customer service!! Menards took our money but could not deliver our products we ordered last minute. Big C came through for us and delivered within hours.. Thank you so much for the great service!!
