Great lumberyard to purchase DiamondKote 30 year NO FADE warranty siding
Absolutely great customer service and quality of work. Highly recommend.
Called alpha to place an order, the guy at the desk puts me on hold, that was fine, I understand, then gets back on the phone and takes half of my order, then puts me back on hold, well that's ok again I'm saying and then he gets back on the phone and says I can't take the rest of your order because he has people lined up waiting, me as a personal professional contractor understand some delay but taking half your order and then getting back on the phone and telling me he can't finish my order. Bad business! This guy should be fired! What's more important a contractor that is spending thousands of dollars to your company or the guy in line with a $5 dollar purchase. Very disappointed in there customer service.
Called ahead of trip gave them the part # of whiteside poker hole drill bit they said they had a whole box.. I drove 20 min. to find they dropped to letters and it was not what I needed, mind you he did read me the correct part# back before I went
I love going here. They remind me of what hardware stores use to be with someone willing to help you around every corner. Also after a couple of times of going they even remember my name.
