Called talked to dave..he asked for pictures of my water heater and never heard from him again..I would not recommend...I ended up fixing my thermocouple myself...

I cannot thank them enough for their quick response in our issue with having no heat on the coldest day of the year. I appreciate the fact that they take the time to teach me a thing or two to calm down my unknowledgeable questions of what's going on. This is the second time since we bought this house we've had a emergency, and they come in and given me quick responses and are very knowledgeable about their field and don't mind going the extra mile to help me understand.
