I was pulled over for an equipment violation a couple days ago in Salem, just off I-5. Despite my car looking like a warrant wagon (no, I don’t have warrants, but my car looks like it would be driven by someone who does), the trooper was fast and professional.nnI don’t have much contact with police agencies so I can’t recommend one over another if you are not a law-abider, but OSP seems like a pretty top notch outfit.

Racist ! saw videos online of a state trooper pulling a foreigner over being very rude and disrespectful. He kept saying excuse me to the foreigners accent and acted like he was some sort of threat, i understand that this was one trooper but that one trooper and all troopers are an example of the department ! Train The troopers to not be racist tyrants it’s 2020 comenOn now

I was delayed on a firearms transaction and from what I was reading online, apparently the OSP can be very slow to return calls from their message line. This was not at all the case for me however. I left a message and received a call back within a couple hours. The lady on the phone was super nice and really did well to explain the delay.nnI never envisioned myself leaving a review for a police department, but I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and overall friendliness of the representative that reached out to me.

I have to say 5*****, was driving from the Island NW of the St. John's Bridge and was pulled over by 2 of the prefect officer's anyone could be pulled over by and, I mean that Respectfully, Troopers Boden and May they pulled me over for driving to slow in the fast lane and no insurance, I was shaken and not really thinking right and gave a bad insurance card. Mr. Boden came back and got me on the bad card and, I just bought insurance that same day but it didn't start immediately so he gave me a chance to fix it on the spot which I certinaly took that offer and called my new insurer to start my insurance immediately. God bless the 2 sweetest Trooper in Oregon. I let them know that, my son was in hospital 1 day prior for anxiety and sleep deprivation and had been driving to try and tire him out and they we're very understanding. If I would have lost my car would have lost my job my son would have experienced even more stress and anxiety would not have been good for him or us.. Thanks for being so AWESOME, Trooper Boden and May I appreciate you so much, God Bless both of you. These officer's are a great judges when it comes to character, I wish all officer's we're like these 2 Trooper's.
