We had Mr. Rooter out to install a new water softener and kitchen faucet. Matt and Ashton were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were both kind and professional, and did their very best to keep me informed on what was happening, answering any and all questions along the way. Mr. Rooter has been doing work for us for 15 years. Always very professional work, high-quality, good explanations for the customer. The last time, they needed to make more than one trip to find and fix the problem, but they did fix it and gave a refund for work that may not have been needed if found on the first trip.

I called Mr. Rooter to take a look at my water heater and get a quote. While on the phone the receptionist they never mentioned the $73.50 they charge just for coming out there. I understand that a service charge is very common, but so is a free quote. I called the office after the technician left and told them about this and refused to refund me. $73.50 wouldnt stand in the way of being part of good customer service if I answered that phone.

Dan and his team were great. Dan made recommendations and discussed his quote with us. After making the decision to move forward a date for install was set up. The install was done quickly and efficiently. Everything was handled over the phone. I have a busy work schedule so to be able to execute this by phone and email was very helpful. We replaced our water softener and gas water heater that was installed by Dan 23 years ago. Lets see if this one will last as long.

Matt the plumber was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. He showed me the different options available and was respectful & courteous. I need more plumbing work done and I want ONLY Matt to come to my house to do the work. Just can’t say enough nice things about my experience with him!
