I've eaten the food maybe 4 or 5 times now from this location. It is usually picked up by someone else who is already in town grabbing something from another store so I think I've personally picked up food about 2 time myself, but I don't think they have ever handed out the correct order.nJust tonight the food received was completely wrong and completely sad looking. The food look very underwhelming in the way it is put together and packaged. I had a good laugh afterwards when my brother pointed out that he remembered this happening before while I seemed to have completely forgotten.nI didn't check the order before going home. I couldn't reach them on the phone (3 calls 0 answers). At least the building is newer and fairly clean looking. Next time I am certainly going to remember and just drive into Warsaw for Moe's.

This place is fine to eat in because they will actually make you a taco unlike when you go through the drive thru. This has happened a few times now where I get the saddest most empty taco even. It’s like they use kid spoons to fill it. There is almost more shell than meat, lettuce and cheese combined. How hard is it to fill a taco?

This place is awful. They messed up orders two days in a row. The worst part is how rude the workers are. They are blatantly rude. Because they messed up the order the day before I politely reiterated no sauce on the quesadilla because my fiancée can not eat that and they told me “alright no sauce it’s on the screen” which it wasn’t because their screen is broken. It was correct on the receipt both days and prepared incorrectly both times. The first day I drove back and got it remade. The second day they said they were closing soon. But overall it is the employees rudeness that made me write this. How they have jobs still is beyond me.

I went to the Taco Bell in Syracuse and I asked for a beefy 5 layer burrito WITHOUT beef. They gave me a burrito WITH beef. Very unfortunately, I am vegan and I bit into this BEEFY burrito with BEEF that I asked to not have. I ate the burrito. It was okay. But it would’ve been a lot better if there was no beef and you broke my Vegan 5 year virginity. I am very disappointed. But I will go back. On the contrary, my niece LOVEDDD the Baja blast.
