Menards is a good store, but they can be super pricey. For the most part it's a good store with a wide variety of tools, cabinet stuff, safes, etc. They do got a good selection.nFriendly staff and most are helpful, but some of the employees just look like they are only there to do the lest possible to get paid
It had what I needed.
Delivery service is amazing and very professional. 10/10 ! Delivery service is independent so the service is way better than the instore employees. They go above and beyond to give you a great experience. Well worth the delivery fee.
Store employees were very helpful But the rebate is a scam if you want a rebate its just not worth the trouble a 11 percent discount option requires printing so have a printer at home , a computer to download a form mail so have a stamp, and time to fill out form and have it mailed in by a 3 day period. Menards really need to advance there tech.
Needed to return a gas weed eater. They won't take gas powered stuff back if you put gas in it. How are we supposed to know if it works if you don't put fuel in. Also be careful when returning items they don't give you what you paid. I had to go in twice to get the correct amount,still didn't get it,even if they took off 11%. We'll be finding somewhere else to shop.
