Have had several orders missing food. This last time they forgot the nachos I ordered and handed me a bag of chips with a single 4oz container of cheese. Absolutely dropped in quality since Denotte's location opened
This place has the sauciest spicy potato soft tacos of any Taco Bell I have ever been to. Too saucy for me but I appreciate the effort. The bean and rice burritos were good- not the thickest burrito I've had here but it was satisfying. Service was quick, friendly, and accurate.
Always love Taco Bell. Even had the order right first time. Be glad when lobby opened!!
Charles G from the Rennselaer Taco Bell wasn't very pleasant. Since Taco Bell has updated their menu I had to take a second to see what I wanted. I felt super rushed and then he asked me if I wanted to donate $0.10 for something and I'm still not sure for what because he mumbled right through it trying to hurry me along.
Our order was COMPLETELY wrong. There were about 4 random extra items... so that wasn't horrible... But of the items we did order, not one of them had the correct modifications. I'm not overly picky, so I survived, but my kids are, and had a very disappointing dinner.
