Taco Bell

Service was great! The only issue is that, I think your cooker might be broken. A lot of our stuff was only heated partially. Please fix it! ♡

I ordered crunchy tacos and got soft shell. No big deal but they gave me attitude when I asked for the correct order. I then watched 3 other people get their orders and waited 15 additional minutes before someone asked what I wanted. No one had started my order. It took almost 10 more minutes to get it. I try to be patient but come on. I was the only one there for most of that time.

The drive thru speaker was broken but the employee (Austin) who helped us at the window did a great job. He was friendly and quick.

Took 15 minutes to make my order, over charged me by four dollars, and ignored me as I stood there for more than five minutes waiting for one of them to help me with that and get hot sauce as they never asked if I wanted any. This is with someone at the register not two feet away from me and the one bringing up the orders stepping up to me before turning around and walking away.nnOh and they made it wrong.

This is the best taco bell I've ever been to. The people are awesome here. Anytime I'm driving through Indiana, I make it a point to come here at exit 201 at Taco Bell!
