Subway

We wanted to grab some nice sandwiches, so we went to the drive through. It was raining, but we thought it would be worth it. However we waited 15 minutes but were not even acknowledged. So we drove around to order by phone for curbside pickup. We could see the lady in the store, but she didn't answer the phone. 2 other cars went through the drive through and none of them got sandwiches. We left and went to another Subway in town. I would suggest that if she doesn't want to work the drive through she should put out a sign the it's closed. I don't think we will visit this location agaim.

Second time they’ve messed up our online orders. Figured we would give them a second chance but after this we won’t be returning. Ordered three different sandwiches- one was completely the wrong sandwich and none were made correctly. All were supposed to be toasted and have cheese, none were and all missing cheese. Will not be wasting our time or money here again.

Horrible experience! Do not go through drive thru especially if it’s at night. I’ve gone plenty of times and trying to give the benefit of the doubt I gone about a handful of times here and everytime I order the chicken teriyaki it’s cold. I once worked at a subway so Ik they are just being lazy and inconsiderate by giving you cold food Bc it’s not that hard. (I also asked politely if I could have my sandwich double toasted). Didn’t even get a refund for the horrible sandwich I had to throw away.

2nd order that was incorrect at this location! Placed a work order (3 foot Longs) wring bread, incorrect veggies, NO mayo and SUPER sloppy sandwiches. Tried to call them because the first time I let it slide and this time It was so wrong that I could not even believe it and no one will answer the phone!
