Jersey Mike's Subs

Love their sub's.

I love vinegar which is why I love Jersey Mike's. Also my kiddo FAVORITE. He would eat it every night if we let him.

Decided to try this place for the first time last night. Service was very rude and seemed annoyed to take our order. She was especially annoyed when my partner ordered a gluten free sandwich. Food wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. Tried to get something that might not make me sick but this made me sicker than anywhere else in Salem. Regret giving it a shot:/

What is the use of wearing gloves when your employees touch everything don’t clean there hands put on gloves with dirty hands and touch every part of my cup, lid and straw. May as well take out the trash and put your hands in my mouth. I just love paying for something that I don’t even want after someone is doing disgusting with my food or drink.

I went to this location for a sub being the closest one to me as a I was passing through..It was not a very welcoming experience..very rushed and cheesesteak was not done like it normally was at other JM's I have been too...by the time I could dig into it. No mention was made of asking me if I wanted to use my Shore points for a free one..too many online orders seemed to be more.important than a customer in line's order..It was not the best sub I have had a jersey mike's and more expensive than some locations. I got the last of the bread it looked like before the employee put out a fresh batch of white bread...I was always willing to wait for fresh bread as their bread does not stay fresh long..also..it would be nice if they toasted it a bit on the grill...I won't be back to this location..
