Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I am not giving 5 because the original order was incorrect. However, mistakes happen, and how the manager handled the correction was awesome. I ordered two burgers togo, both without cheese. When I got home I realized BOTH had cheese ud83dude2d. I wanted to come back and get correct burgers, and the manager obliged and gave a full refund! Awesome! When our food is wrong it can be so disappointing. Having him happily refund and correct the food, made a happy customer!

Put in online order due to pandemic scare,received message via text saying order would be done in 25 minutes, then went to door after 30 minutes to pick up order to find my order was missing then multiple employees came to the door one by one asking me the details of my order and after talking to manager that told me everything would be taken care of and my order would be put together in about 7 minutes I felt like this wouldn't be a bad experience but after another 30 minutes I got my food and to find that dipping sauce for pretzel bites was only filled ¼ of a portion cup not proportionate to the pieces of pretzel bites and burgers were soggy. This place definitely has no communication between employees

Great service as always. I ordered the bacon cheese burger. Very delicious but noticed the amount of toppings are much smaller. Im a keto dieter beginner. The menu has options to accommodate. I would recommend Red Robin for just about any occasion and or family event. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. The only reason for 4 stars and not five is the value has gone down and prices up.

So I went to pick up my birthday burger and fries just to get home and have my well done burger turn out to be medium. I called and told the manager who offered to fix me a new one. I drove 15 mins to pick up my new burger. When I got home and started to eat this burger, while cooked well done, it seemed someone dumped an awful amount of either seasoning salt or just regular salt on the burger patty. So now I am home with 2 less than half eaten burgers and I never want to return. As I am also currently on hold to speak to a manager, again, just in case this review gets buried among any other unsatisfied customers who may have had these horrible actions taken against them just for informing someone their food wasn’t made properly. I’ll happily return BOTH less than half eaten burgers! I’ll change my review if the quality of my next meal changes.nnUpdate: The manager and servers were nice and the food was A LOT better. Sad it took me having to go in but I’ll give it another chance.
