Richards Ranch House

Our food was delicious even if not quite what we ordered and our waitress was super nice and friendly. Our experience...when we entered the restaurant one waitress (wearing a mask that did not cover her nose) was ringing up a takeout order. She saw us enter and let us stand there for a good 5 minutes while she rang up the order, casually stapled the receipts together, and just radiated a casual “I could care less” attitude.nnAnother customer came in behind us and she studiously ignored him as well. We asked where we should sit and were told “anywhere you want.” Thankfully we did not end up in her section. We sat for another good five minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence. Very nice waitress, hair in a bun and black/white mask worn correctly, took our drink orders and said she would bring us menus.nnShe was a very busy girl taking care of many customers while the other waitress meanders around doing next to nothing. Many of her customers seemed quite irritated with her.nnSo we get our menus and place our order. I had come for the fried chicken and ordered the 2 piece breast and wing. My mom asked if she could get a wing and a leg and was told yes. Dad ordered the ham steak. My parents both ordered the salad which was nice but drowning in dressing. Definitely ask for dressing on the side here!nnOur meal arrived and mom’s plate was a breast and leg. I gave her my wing and took her breast. Food was great. Our super friendly server took good care of us.nnI did notice that although they tried to tell one group that they couldn’t have so many people at their table because of social distancing they weren’t able to enforce it. The family spoke quite loudly that when it’s your time to go you die so the social distancing didn’t matter.nnThe other issue- both waitresses lowered their masks below their nose and mouth when the were IN the kitchen! Don’t believe the cooks were wearing masks either.nnWe are from out of town so we won’t be back anytime soon. The waitress with the maroon headband/scarf...I would fire her. She clearly has no desire to make people feel welcome at this restaurant.nnGive the other lady a nice bonus!

My wife and I stopped by for breakfast, the place looked clean and the waitress were practicing ppe. Our waitress with the cow mask was top notch. You could tell she has good work ethics and was there for her customers, the service was very good. I Don't how much she makes but maybe a raise? The food was good as expected. Will be stopping by again!

The server was very nice. The food was good and came out quickly. The hostess was not very friendly and seemed only interested in being nice to the regulars. Not a great way to create a new customer base.

The waitress was great, however I could clearly see inside the kitchen as the cook walks into the kitchen scratching her bare stomach with no gloves. Then she never once washed her hands or put gloves on. The soda was extremely watered down and the mashed potatoes tasted burnt. The country fried steak tasted like fish. Which tells me the grease hasn't been changed in awhile.nI'm giving this one star for the waitress only. It's safe to say I'm definitely not going back.
