My parents used this company for there spring and fall service on there heating and cooling equipment. They took advantage of an older couple trusting a repair man to tell them what they needed. They over charged for an exhaust blower and a thermostat. They didn’t service the furnace even though the money was paid to do so. From know on they will be using a reputable company to do there work.
Tyler, the technician was very professional and thorough. He explained everything about our well pump pressure tank, did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards. This is not our first use of QPH, and I would recommend them to anyone.
Always very happy with the service that I receive from QPH. Allen is so kind, and understanding. He works hard to get you on the schedule to get your issue fixed. I had to have my a/c serviced, and the tech was Nathan C......he was great! Very knowledgeable, and quick. He explained everything and was just awesome to work with in solving my issue.
Needed to have A/C condenser relocated in order to pour a patio. Sam came out to quote the job and explained everything that would be done. A few days later Mike was out on a Saturday morning and completed the job quickly and efficiently. QPH also works on our rental properties and I highly recommend them for any job, big or small. Great company and people!!!
We were having problems with our water pressure. Called QPH and decided to replace our water line by direct drilling from the meter to the house, along with an outside hose bib. All of the workers were kind and informative. Very thorough and clean. Laid down tarps as to not get my floors dirty and cleaned up everything when they were done. Very professional , and the best thing is now we have fantastic water pressure!
