Was having a hard time getting someone to examine an issue we were having. They responded right away. Kris was very professional, kind and helpful. He was able to pinpoint the issue and recommend a solution.

Basement sewer backed up to the point where I couldn’t unclog it myself. I called rotor rooter and they came out the next morning. In no time they had it unclogged, Kris put a camera down and showed me where the clog was and why it was backing up.(offset pipe) He told me all the options for fixing the issue for good and an estimate. 10/10 will definitely be my plumbing service people for now on.

The service was excellent in every way. We had a clogged sewer line. He assessed the situation accurately, carefully did the work to wonderful results, and was extremely courteous and professional. He even did an extra camera assessment of our line to determine why the backup happened, and discovered a break in the line that he was able to show us live with his camera. The cost was also reasonable...not more than I expected. We will definitely use RR again, and appreciated our personable and thorough technician. Highly recommended!

The office help wasnt friendly or helpful at all the first two calls we made to them our repairman was 8 hours late due to two other complex jobs. A courtesy call would have been nice. It spoiled our entire day. However, the 3rd call we got a nice, helpful woman named Emily. She offered a small discount. When the repairman arrived (which surprised us after his long day and being around 6pm) he was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. We appreciated him and his work very much.

You guys better watch out! I have been a business manager for a couple of decades....I have hired and fired countless people. Brandon was a winner. Perfectly balanced between professionalism, hospitality, and honesty. I am on medical leave and am thinking of starting my own business when I recover from this laparoscopic hernia surgery nonsense. That guy was top notch and I do not say that lightly. Hope he is happy with you or I will snatch him. Other than my friendly threats...service was perfect. You guys have came through for my business multiple times...a few times where my lady managers did not try to flush the toilet enough times but what can you do? Lolz. Thanks again Brandon.
