Good experience once again from Summers! We came home from vacation with a funny smell coming from our vents. Called Summers for a checkup and they recommended a duct cleaning. They sent out Jacob and he did a great job getting us taken care of in a few hours. They had projected that it would take most of the day but he was great at getting things done quickly. Scheduling is a breeze and staff is friendly over the phone. Highly recommend using Summers!

James came out and gave me a free estimate on duct work and also set up a time for an estimate on a new heating and cooling system. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the systems I have currently installed and gave me great advice. The customer service reps that I spoke to on the phone were also very nice and helpful in sending who they believed would be the most appropriate technician or manager to address the issues I was having. This is a great company that I will definitely do business with again.

I surveyed the scene, my mouth set in a grim, blubbery line: the basement was flooded again, and this time it wasn’t going away. I waded through the inch-high water, foolishly wearing only my water shoes, into the murkier low parts of the basement floor. The one-way valve I had installed in the floor drain seemed to be at an impasse, with standing water above it, but nowhere for the water below to go. I took a piece of pipe and dislodged the valve with a few tentative pokes. It came out easily; a testament as much to the water pressure beneath it as to my poor job installing it. The drain disgorged a clump of toilet paper, some flushable kitty litter, and a cloud of noxious water.nSomething had to be done, and fast.nWe had had another crew out a year or two ago to get our drain unclogged, and they fixed it for awhile, but now we needed help again. We called up Summers, and they were able to come out the next day and clear our drain.nOverall, I think the job was a little more expensive that the previous work done, but when I say it was worth the extra expense, I mean it was worth the expense.nOur plumber, Brian, was very polite and informative. Having something to compare this experience to, I can say I appreciated his not complaining about his wages, and asking if my place of work was any better, or smoking on the job, or having an argument with a supervisor who happened to stop by. Our plumber worked to get the drain cleared, sent a camera down to check the line, and gave us a further estimate for the excavating work we will need to do to replace our existing line.nnIn short, we were impressed by the services rendered, and very glad to have working drains again.

Summers has been incredible to us multiple times now. It was already late on a Sunday and Austin came to fix our condensate pump. He was very friendly, professional and went well above and beyond the call of duty. He stayed until almost 9pm helping us and making sure we understood everything he did and made sure we had no questions. I highly recommend Summers to anyone needing any plumbing or heating/cooling maintenance.

We called on Tuesday to see if we could get a quote on a new pressure tank. Chris came out, immediately assessed the situation and walked us through some different options. He also was able to give us immediate quotes. We were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. A technician, who was equally professional and polite, came out the next day to install. It is almost like they had been through etiquette training and used manners (sir and mam) that were from generations past. It definitely left an impression, so much so that we chose to purchase a maintenance agreement and have the company come back out and check our furnace before winter. Their customer service was very refreshing and put us at ease.
