Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The prices are very reasonable for repair work. This is the first time I have been there and will be using them for all of small engine service and repair.
We called your business today looking for a part for our mower, was informed you had one, drove the 35 mins to you, only to be met with rude service, unwilling to help and not the part we needed! We went down the road and was greeted with great service and the part we needed...we will not be retuning.
I was at John Deere and Kokomo today today is 3:11 2020 I was there at 9:10 a.m. this morning bought hydraulic fluid for my lawn mower mention to the man named Sandy in the in the parts department about a leak I had on my lawn mower. And he brought it up on his computer and showed me exactly where to look hopefully to fix my problem. He took the extra time to try and help me solve the problem never once did he mention bringing in will work on it that is an option but he took the time to explain to me and copied off the computer for me to look at a diagram to help me find where the leak was. The service manager Austin overheard the conversation and he also helped. Austin has helped me every time I've went into John Deere had a question he was always there to answer it. I've always had great service there and friendly service I bought my riding lawnmower there now it's time for a new one I'll probably buy it there again thanks guys you're a big help
