Ordering Wish pickup and the hours are very unreliable. Pulled up and a customer needing to pick up her laundry items had been there for sometime and the company was closed. No hours posted on the door. No one answered the door bell. No one answered the phone. We were there at 3:45pm. Called the number for another business on the window and got a call back, saying that we would get a call when the guy got to Salem so we could pick up our items and the other lady too. We left our information on a piece of paper and slipped it in the door. No call received.nnWish might not be the purpose of this business, but it still look bad when it is run out of the same building and same entrance door, but it very inconsistent with its hours.nnWe showed up 2 weeks ago to pick up stuff ordered from wish, because we were told they were open until 5pm. However, at 3pm they were again closed.
Very rude and unprofessional we will never go back super disappointed in there service if I could give them negative Stars I would
