We had some rough puppy stains from over the past year and have been waiting for our pup to grow up a bit before getting the carpet cleaned. I'm just amazed at how clean McMillans got our carpet! They got out old stains that sta ley steamers and other companies I've tried never did. The gentleman who came was extremely friendly and professional. I recommended this company 100% to anybody and we will be loyal customers of theirs from now on!!
Brady did an amazing job on our couch, love seat and recliner. The love seat had some tough stains and Brady was able to make it look like new. I was absolutely impressed. I will recommend His company to everyone I know.

After the poor response and several re-scheduling (3), from Empire to replace our caret costing $6000.00, we had to dismiss Empire and we elected to have it cleaned.nnMcMillan's owner called as a follow up and we scheduled cleaning.
