Express Eco Laundromat

This facility was clean, the machines all worked and worked well. Jose is the facility manager, he is so friendly and welcoming. Right there if we have questions or need assistance.nnThe machines take cards which is fantastic..no need to carry a ton of quarters...you can still use them if you choose to.nnI highly recommend this laundromat.

I went in to wash my bedspread. It was such a clean place to visit. I had a few questions and JACKIE, an employee, was super helpful and such a lovely lady. Great service!!! I would highly recommend this location for your laundry needs. Thank you Jackie for making sure I was taken care of!!!!

Service was amazing. We had the pleasure to meet Jose. He provided detailed instructions on how to use the machines and took the time to answer any questions. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. It didn’t take long to have our laundry done. Jose was available when we had any questions or needed assistance. He was very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean laundry mat. Bathroom is locked so if the worker is not their then they are unavailable.

So so sad this place has really gone down hill. The staff inside that you see a hardworking and care about their customers but the management sure doesn't. I have been coming here for a very longtime and had not had a problem but the one time i did i quickly saw that the person in charge could careless about the customers. The big machine i used did not drain i followed all the posted rules but the machine did not drain properly and locked my clothes for over an hour after txt communication with management the door magicly unlocked soaked clothes due to not draining at this point i was told to run it again gor another 10.00 it should work im glad i did not because the next person to use it had the same problem. The person through the txt blamed me that the machine was not working i responded that i followed all posted rules its clearly a problem with thay washer i asked for a refund of just that wash and was told no since according to them machine was fine. So after spending 1000's of dollars here over many years i wont give another penny. Also they have still not been able to get the other customer his clothes but when you look up the manual for that specific machine there is an override. As for the quartar machine its like a 80% chance it will be functioning the snacks and sodas are over priced there is no longer a usable bathroom so dont plan on being able to pee mid wash i mean it used to be great and i loved coming here but business that dont care about customers are not where im willing to spend my hard earned money as a single mom
