I'm so sad about my experience here.nnAfter many years of keeping my Pendleton blankets stored, as well as a comforter set, all of which are all dry clean only, I finally decided to have my 4 Pendleton blankets and 1 comforter set dry cleaned before putting them back up for the winter.nnSMELL:nALL 5 blankets have a terrible, distinct smell after returning from the Cleanery. According to the internet, the only reason the blankets would have an odor is if the cleaning solution that was used was dirty, or if they shortened the dry time and didn't dry them long enough.nnDAMAGE:n1 of the full sized Pendleton blankets came back dirtier- it is covered in hair and splotches of unidentifiable origin. It also has something stuck, like super glue? I cannot get it off without cutting the wool out.nn1 of the full sized blankets has missing patches of wool in multiple places, as well as the threads coming out in the middle of the blanket.n...nnALL 5 of the blankets smell just awful. I picked them up 3 days ago and have been waiting for the smell to go away -it has not. Now I am placing bags of baking soda in them to try and get this terrible smell out.nnI spent nearly $150 to have my blankets professionally cleaned but got returned damaged blankets. These have quite a bit of sentimental value to me, as all 4 of the Pendleton blankets were gifted to me, one of them by my deceased grandmother right before she passed 17 years ago.nnI have had these blankets a long time without ruining them but one trip to the Cleanery, trying to take care of them, has proven to be a mistake and after 17 years of being careful with them was undone overnight. For the 5 - 17 years that I've had these blankets, I've rarely used them and kept them stored because I was so cautious.nnThe employee told me they would not clean my blankets unless I signed a waiver releasing them from damage claims in the event the blankets got damaged, however, when I expressed hesitancy to sign the waiver, I was assured that it was a formality only and that no damage would occur.nnPlease do not take anything valuable here. And especially don't sign any waiver, no matter how much they tell you it's just a formality!! If they make you sign a waiver they are telling you that your items will be damaged and you are better off going elsewhere.

Took one of my favorite coats here for TLC after just having had it repaired at a local seamstress. When I got it back the clasps were broken and material scuffed. I thought dry-cleaning was supposed to be gentle and their people check this kinda stuff to ensure all is well when complete? At the very least someone could have advised me if they thought it might be at risk...

Treated my wool coat with such care and looked absolutely beautiful after they dry cleaned it!

Extremely disappointed. Don't use these cleaners if you like your clothes and think they should look good when you pick them up!nI figured I would try them as they were open Sundays and I needed my hubbies clothes asap. Our usual cleaners is Sparkle. Love them BTW,!nI took in 5 dress shirts and 2 shorts. Only 2 items had a small stain - which I showed them.nEVERY item came back with a tag that stain could not be removed. Some of the clothes now had black marks on them.nIt appeared that the items were just pressed and no attempt to remove stain. The cost was $59 for clothes that couldn't be worn.nI did my own stain removal on each item and successfully removed the stains and marks.nI will never use this cleaners again! I would NOT recommend this cleaners to anyone.
