Samantha was so wonderful to work with when we were evacuated from the wildfire. She was able to explain the process of the cleaning and services that would be provided to me upon my return to my home. She is by far the most professional and kind person. The team she sent to my home to clean up all the smoke damage was amazing. The team leader was Debbie and her team did an amazing job cleaning my home. I highly recommend doing business with this company.
Charged my insurance 8k to clean up from smoke damage sent in a 6 person crew and things were wiped around and whole areas missed individual items forget about it. They did a 500 dollar job maybe and ate into our insurance limits. Get yourself a public adjuster get the money up front and hire smaller better companies
The technician was very friendly and helpful. Did a great job and service was on time. They came out on a Sunday, same day service. They were great. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing mitigation services. They dealt with the insurance company and took care of everything.
Bobby was very knowledgeable on what needed to happen and great to work with. Al did a great job on responding quickly and getting started. All the employees that came into my home were professional and did an amazing job!
