We are so happy we called L.E. Isley & Sons and they were able to fit us on their schedule the same day. Communication with our service technician, Jordan, and the main office was pleasant and thorough, which we greatly appreciated. Jordan was wonderful! Jake was fantastic! The work he did was top notch, he found my parts, got them installed, and was able to get the work done so quickly I didn't even have time to notice! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and during these Covid times, took great precautions coming in my home.
Excellent service and technician was great, Michael. They were on time, communicated well and all services and options explained to me with recommendations on what they would do. Friendly, clean, and trustworthy and a company that I would hire back. Had to have some drains cleaned and it was done quickly and they work great.

He spotted problems that we were unaware of thereby preventing much bigger problems later.
