Had an upstairs toilet not working. New to the area I started at the top of the list of plumbers. All had the same answer, we cant be there for a week, sorry. Drive by Mr Bill's on way to Atlanta fertilizer plant. Got the number off the truck and called. Michelle #1 answered. She said they were busy but offered to put me on cancellation list. A first from anyone. I also work in Walton so timing was a issue for me.nLong story short, they were working in Noblesville, said they could fix my problem while in area. They said they would be there between 1-4 and would give me 15 min or so notice. I was at Walton plant so asked if I could get a 45 min notice. No problem.nProblem fixed, very professional, friendly, and thorough on explaining what the had to do to fix it.nDont hesitate to use this company for your plumbing needs. They are good. I wont hesitate to call when service needed again.

Mr Bill's crew did an awesome job plumbing my gas stove. They were very courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves. They charged exactly what they quoted and were on time. I highly recommend Mr Bills and crew!

Mr. Bill's is a professional, honest company with plumbers you can trust inside your house. They saved us over $200 on a quote from another company. We were beyond fortunate enough to have Jake came out to our home and repair a couple hose bibs and a failed sump pump. When he installed the new sump pump, he made cleaned everything up so it looked as professional as it could be. He was very nice, explained things well, and never pressured us into a decision. I can't recommend Mr. Bill's enough!
