My wife and I had an unexpected issue with a basement drain (water on the floor) and could not figure out what was the cause. An email to Drew elicited a quick reply and his responsiveness had him at our house the next day. Drew figured out the issue and then took care of our other issues (outside spigot, leaking faucet, and replacing a kitchen faucet) quickly and efficiently.nHe came masked, cleaned up without being prompted, and we felt that he provided a great value with good feedback on maintenance issues. We would definitely recommend him - and use him again (when the time comes.)

Thanks to Drew Hunter of Elite Plumbing, my water heater problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. I noticed rusty water stains on my water heater tank and a puddle of water on the floor. I had placed a call to the company who had installed the water heater in my home when it was new. Let me say, it was a bad experience. They wanted way too much to replace my water heater that was under warranty, telling me that the job would take two people and that was the reason for the high estimate. They also stated that they were giving me two discounts to get to this price. This didn't seem right to me. I placed a call to Drew of Elite Plumbing; He answered my questions and explained the process. I requested a quote without divulging the amount of the previous quote. I saved more than 50% of the cost and the job was done the next day with one person. It became clear to me that the other company was attempting to take advantage of me. Drew was clean, caring, and courteous with his work. Next time I need a plumber, Elite Plumbing will be my only call for quality service.
