Had summers coming out to do routine maintenance on our HVAC and pluming. One of their technicians Darrin came and found some biological growth growing in our evaporator coil cabinet and made great and knowledgeable recommendations on what we needed to do to address the issue. Then I called back a few weeks later and had the same technician come back to see how the biological growth killing process was going and clean it out and again great and knowledgeable. Awesome and knowledgeable employee. Great service.

Brady and Josh were outstanding! Saved me from a Thanksgiving nightmare. Very kind and understanding technicians. Walked me through every step and very informative and professional. Summers has two of the best! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Darrin was our technician. Darrin was very thorough in completing the maintenance on our system. So thorough, he found mold growing where the coils are located. He recommended two items, one would take care of the mold where it was and one product that would kill the mold where we could see it and then purify the whole system, duct work, and the whole home. While the purification product was not an expense we were planning on, the health result and system benefits far out weighs the cost of the item. We are so thankful that Darrin took the time to thoroughly check everything during the maintenance of the system. He explained everything he was doing and how the purification system would improve the home environment. Summers has a very professional, courteous, friendly and smart young man in Darrin!!! We hope Darrin will be rewarded for the outstanding work he did. An excellent representative for your company!!! We will request that Darrin return to maintenance our HVAC system.

I signed up for Summers Maintenance Plan to keep my equipment in good working condition and during my heating inspection they noticed a rusted heated exchanger and instead of recommending it for replacement - they immediately turned the gas off to my heater and said that according to state law they can't turn it back on until it was replaced and tried to get me over a barrel. I called another company and when I explained the situation they asked me if I had the inspection done by Summers - I didn't even have to tell them who did it. The other company agreed to come out, offer a second opinion and turned the gas back on.nnTerrible customer experience - all they care about is making the sale, not providing you with recommendations or treating you fairly.
