I had a different company come out initially and after determining my water heater needed replacing they provided a quote that was extremely high. I then had a 2nd company refuse to provide a quote without coming to the house. I called Paul Henderson and Nicole was very helpful providing a quote for the work over the phone which was $500 less than the quote I received from the other vendor and they came out same day. The work was done very professionally by Josh and he took the time to ensure carpets were covered when bringing in the unit and removing the old one, even wiping up some minor drips on the hardwood floor upstairs. Very happy with the work and they will be my first call from now on.

Had torqued the outdoor faucet so much that the copper pipe sheared open. That was the primary concern, replacing the faucet and copper pipe. Also had a valve installed leading to the outdoor faucet. Excellent service, quite knowledgeable and competent work.

Have used their service for more than 30 years. This time, they replaced the U-joint under a sink. As always, they were on time, pleasant, efficient, and quick. Look no further for a great plumber!
