After 8 service techs came to our home from mainstreet renewal.None of them could fine the issue, why the heat pump was cycling on/off every minute.Fianally Bedell services was dispatched.I received a call from patty she ask me what the issue was it told her she said the issue would be solved an updated me on parts to be ordered . The service tech was Tyler the first tech really dig into the issue found it the 1st time!!!!!.(7 other techs had no clue)I requested Tyler to come back again after the parts came in because he kept me informed an answer all my questions, upon installing the blower motor he ran test after test an didn't not leave until the unit worked correctly. This group uses efficient and effective communication practices to help the home owner receive feedback, news, and updates. They go the extra mile to make sure all is in place before leaving a job. I had called two other HVAC companies before I had the sense to call Bedell. Eric from Bedell was amazing and I will only use him for all my HVAC needs. The other two companies gave me outrageous quotes and neither of their quotes matched, they both said we had different issues with the HVAC. They also could not get the unit running and said it would be several days to repair and we would be better of with a new unit. Eric was able to come out within 30 minutes of me calling Bedell and had the system running and repaired in no time, and for a fraction of the cost and without having to purchase a new unit! We are so appreciative of his knowledge and honesty - he has gained our loyalty and trust and we are looking forward to working with him for many years to come!

Bedell did a wonderful job helping us fix a toilet and a leaking pipe behind it. Freddy, our technician, came out two days in a row to make sure we were all squared away- Bedell was extremely responsive and professional! Thank you!

I think that Bedell plumbing is awesome!We have been customers approximately 4years or so.We have never had a bad experience at any time,they have always been amazing!!Recently John came to our house to fix an issue.He was absolutely amazing,very sweet and kind. He made sure the issue was fixed well.Jay has also been amazing over the years,always making sure we had an appointment when we needed it.Couldnt imagine having any other company for our plumbing needs!!
