I'll give them 2 thumbs up, was in a hurry didn't have time to look after the wash, had an appointment that I needed to get to.nnWalking back out to my car the passenger side was still dirty. Hannah ( Great customer Service BTW) was quick to get the car washed again. I'll be back when I'm in town!!
If you have a truck, don’t waste your time. $20 later and it didn’t even wash most of the tailgate, and whatever ended up on my wheels is also now all over both sides of my truck. Thanks, Crew... super excited to clean up the mess y’all made in the cold this week.
The crew themselves were great! Attentive, friendly and polite. Had to run my Colorado thru 2x. Didn't seem to hit the tailgate and rear bumper at all and several areas missed on doors. Win some lose some I guess, but better than other washes I've been thru. I will be back in the future.
Crew were very nice... efficient. However, when drying my car off I noticed the backup camera was broken. Mgr took info. Hopefully it will be taken care of. I ho to great lengths to keep my car up...2014 & only 28,000 miles. When I bought it I paid extra for zeibart & film extras.
Those people don’t smile and aren’t very friendly than Westfield people! Good thing I don’t live in Carmel anymore. Love 32 ones!
