Very clean, respectful of COVID-19 precautions, and the doctor answered all of my questions professionally and thoroughly.
What a refreshing experience I had as a new patient at Salem Wellness Clinic! Refreshing in that, as a healthcare professional for over 30 years, I’ve seen a general decline in the quality of customer service and care in many clinics and facilities. This clinic, however , has really raised the bar! Prompt, courteous, professional, engaging, kind, positive, are a few adjectives that leap to mind. My new primary is delightful and responsive. I felt she really heard everything I was saying, and immediately put together a plan of action. If you are someone that picks up on the energy of a place, you’ll enjoy the high vibes here ;0) They scored an 11 out of 10 with me!
Great bedside manner; took time to answer questions and was positive and relatable.
I have been seeing Dr Harmon for 2 years and seeing Makayla for 4 months. I have found all the staff to be kind, thorough, and the treatment is state of the art.
While I didn't see anyone at the spa, I did see someone at the wellness section. I am always happy with the treatment I receive when I go in. Today's appointment was a last minute call in and they got me same day. I absolutely love the providers I see.
