The only reason I gave this company 3 stars is because of how hard the technician worked--two days of about 5-ish hours. However, what blew me and the homeowner out of the water was the fact that, for a replacement of a whole house filter, it cost us over $430. A bit ridiculous? We certainly think so! Then, come to find out, that wasn't even the problem! The homeowner had talked to the owner of the company about the tech bringing pipe along, but no, he did not relay the message. The tech said we would not have to pay to replace the pipe, but the next day they slapped another $100 on top of the bill. Again, despite it was definitely an issue, it wasn't the main one. The tech finally figured it out--while telling us it would now be even more money on top of the $530--and fixed it completely.nnIn short, unless your veins are filled with gold, do NOT use this company.
They sent 4 technicians to my house in four times within 2 weeks to fix my furnace. They still couldn't solve the problem. They just don't know how and kept trying... At the end they still want to charge you... Don't use this company.
Josh was here for 29 minutes. He uninstalled our old kitchen sink faucet and installed the new faucet in 29 minutes. Great job. Fast, efficient and professional. Thank you!!!
Will recommend repairs, instead of replacing units. Techs are polite, and give explanations that non-technical people can understand.
My parents have used Lefever before and have been happy with their service, but I'm leaving this review today because this morning my husband and I stopped while driving to help two young children who had just witnessed their dog being hit by a car. The car did not stop and the only other person to help was a nice man driving a Lefever truck. Even though we could only try to comfort the kids until their parents arrived it's nice to know there are still good, compassionate people in this world.
