Technician came to my house to repair hole in pipe. He provide us with 2 quotes. We chose the first quote, he competed the work without running water to make sure there were no leaks. Disappointed in his work ethic and customer service skills. Perhaps he was irritated that the 74 year old homeowner was trying to make conversation with him on other work. Needs to understand that his customer is his priority and chatting with them can lead to the customer calling his company again for additional work. Would not recommend this company to senior homeowners. We paid between $500-$600 for this repair. The owner needs to contact me directly. Oh and we did not get a receipt for the work and payment either.

Technician was very helpful and courteous. He took into account my second shift sleep cycle and I was able to get a nap before work.

We came home to no hot water two days ago. We were having our kids and granddaughter coming in for the weekend to celebrate Christmas the very next day. We had already postponed celebrating due to bad weather. It was looking like we'd have to postpone again and we were sad.nnThat evening we contacted three different plumbing and heating companies near Elkhart. Laura, from Church Plumbing and Heating contacted my wife Theresa the very next morning at about 7:20. She had a technician who was available. Joe arrived at our home about 20 minutes later. He put shoe covers on his shoes, evaluated the situation, the water heater indeed needed replacement and he went right to work. Joe drained our old water heater, removed it, replaced it and was completely done by 10:15.nnHe was amazing! There was another gentleman, Sage, who came to help Joe take out the old water heater. Thank you so much for your amazing customer care, the incredibly fast service, the exceptional job Joe did and providing such a great experience!
