Detail Shop

I dropped off my vehicle for an interior detail on a Friday. When it was finished, I paid with my debit card over the phone because we could not pick it up until Saturday. When we arrived, the vehicle was not properly detailed and we spoke to the owner's wife. She was very nice and said they could re-do it for us if we could come back in an hour or two. We did not have time to wait so we had to leave it again. I called in on Monday morning and spoke with someone about getting some sort of compensation for having to drive out there a second time from Milford and she was very rude and said it was against their policy to give any refunds, even for unsatisfied customers. We went to pick it up on Tuesday evening and there was still an area that was not cleaned on the rear passenger door and window. They were closed and we didn't want to have to drive out there a third time so we took it home. I would not recommend The Detail Shop. In my opinion they do not care about customer satisfaction. I was told the owner said something like, they detail 70-100 cars every week and if they have 1 unsatisfied customer then they were doing pretty good. I guess I am that lucky unsatisfied customer.

What a crook! Back in Oct. 2012 They wrecked my 2008 Silverado on their property $ long story short I ran it thru MY insurance company to have it repaired correctly. So my insurance company has been dealing with him to no avail! I'm out $500 bucks deductible.....nothing but a crook.....do not use them, find someone else that's honest! Hops detail shop in Elkhart does a GREAT job!!!nnThanks for NOTHING but lost time $ dollars! Maybe you should clear this matter up & set a good example for your children.
