Technician was extremely professional and courteous. Went above my expectations to complete the job at the lowest cost to the consumer. Did everything he could to ensure the problem was solved by the time he left, even if that meant he had to work beyond the time his shift was supposed to end.

Our toilet wasn’t draining well when we flushed, and our bathtub was gurgling while we tried to plunge the clog loose. Our plumber arrived quickly and worked hard to clear both the toilet and bathtub drain. He did an excellent job, was very kind, and explained the work he did in an understandable way.

Brad was absolutely wonderful! He was on time and he explained everything to us very well. He was out the next day and did the job he said he could do as if he was working on his own septic system! I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend this company!

I had a main line blockage. They arrived within a couple of hours after I called and dug up my septic tank, cleared the blockage, and used a camera tho check the line. Steve Shaffer was the technician and was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything in great detail. I won’t hesitate to call on them in the future.

This was my 1st experience with rotor rooter. I have a 17 unit apartment building that we had a backup in the main sewer line that was creating havoc for 3 of my tenants. Brad came out, ran the jet machine and in less than an hour, he had everything completely cleared out and running. Very knowledgeable individual very pleasant to work with. If I ever need someone in the future again it will definitely be rotor rooter
