Called last week to have them look at a sump pump. They said the earliest they could get here was the next Wednesday. We asked for the latest appointment of the day because of work and school schedules. They scheduled us for 3:00 Weds. 3:30 Wednesday rolls around and I haven’t heard from them. Called them and they said that “if we make an appointment that late in the day it’s rare that we show up”. A warning when we made the appointment or even A CALL TO SAY YOU AREN'T COMING would be nice. Wasted almost a whole week. ud83eudd2c

I called Enterprise Mon 12/16/19 because of a problem with a main drain.nMondays are always a difficult time due to coming off a weekend, but they had Chad at my house late that day.nChad took care of my problem in a very professional way and it was nice to meet someone as dedicated and personable as he is.nKudos to Enterprise, Chad, and John
