Since it was the day before a holiday, we were desperate to find someone to repair our clogged kitchen sink. Roto Rooter came out within two hours of calling! We were so relieved! The service man was respectful, polite, professional, and friendly. He quickly identified the need and took care of it! He was delightful! The company was doing a food drive and we were able to donate. We are so grateful for the company rescuing us!

Kaylin and Anibal Worked hard all night tearing out the effected Materials in the basement touched by the sewage water. Started at 2100 and end at 1700 the next day. Joe the project manager stayed out with my family until the crew arrived ensuring the correct equipment was on hand. Zackary drained the water from our main that goes out to the sewer. Everyone did a great team effort to get our home clean and up and running again. The Camera guy showed up today and delivered some bad news. Main line to the sewer needs to be fixed. He showed us the Rotor Rooter financing plans and unfortunately my wife and I were both denied financing. So now we will have to look for another way to fix the issue. Just having $13,000.00 on the side isn’t something everyone has. Thank you for all the help and looking forward to how the pressure cleaning process works for the main line in accordance with the warranty that came with our service yesterday.
