Darrell went above and beyond customer service in the couple of times I have the pleasure of dealing with him. Though this particular location did not except cash he was able to give me the resources that allowed me to still get my garment while also giving me information about some of the tides policies and procedures. I appreciate Darrell customer service and attention to detail which is why I will come back as a customer and will continue to spread the good word of the location in Zionsville, IN. I am a business owner as well and taking care of your customers comes above all and I felt as if he was doing the right thing on all levels though I may not have got the answer I want it. He gave me solutions as well. Thanks again buddy!

Will never use this place again not will I recommend. They email you coupons and then won’t honor them in person. This has happened to me 2x on my last two visits. Sadly you could have had a customer for life who visits frequently and has about 80 shirts and 18 suits that I wear everyday for work but your employees won’t honor coupons that you email me. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Love Tide. Having used other cleaners I can grab anything out of the closet and know the buttons will be intact, the item will be starched the way I like it and I will look professional. The staff is another asset. They actually know me and call me by name. It’s a great experience.

Do not waste your time or money at Tide Cleaners. They returned my wedding dress one week after they told me it would be ready. Not only did they fail to remove the few mud stains on my dress, but they also added a couple of noticeable stains that were not there before. I have called at least 4 times and they keep bouncing me off from person to person. It’s safe to say I will never use their services again.
