Great service fair price
Friendly staff. They do great job @ reasonable prices.
Had used Griffith for years with no problems, I was a faithful, satisfied customer. I took an order in for mending, 3 or 4 weeks passed with no word. I finally went in to collect my order and was told my wife picked it up. She hasn't been in to pickup dry cleaning for months, I insisted the order had not been picked up, the staff insisted it had. I combed through bank statements looking for a charge and nothing. After 2 visits in person I was told they would follow up with me, nothing. Either they lost it or gave it to the wrong customer. Everyone makes mistakes, that's ok, the problem is they didn't own their mistake and never followed up with me.nnI won't be back.
