I was told that the going rate to clean a dress was 150 dollars. I am so glad I listened to my intuition and went elsewhere. I was quoted 30 dollars down the road. Absolutely no integrity here. Stay away from this place. This was NOT a wedding dress- it is an old evening gown given to me as a favor to wear to a wedding. There should be no misunderstanding- it was a simple black velvet bodice and blue satin skirt.
