I usually don't write reviews, but my experience here today warrants a review i think. My kids and I went to grab a quick bite before heading home after doing some shopping today. There were 2 young men working and there was a huge line of people, at least 2 people per group. The young men kept upbeat, positive attitudes and would engaged with the customers and apologized for how busy it was and how long we were waiting and offered those of us that we're waiting a while some drinks. I have had mixed experiences at this Subway ranging from HORRIBLE, to wonderful like today. Huge props to the young men working today, keep up the good work!! :)

We got to the beach late and we needed a couple sandwiches. The young man told us he was just closing but sure. He nicely explained that they were low on a few items....but did a great job of explaining what he had. A great employee, is name is Kyle.

We ordered online before going to pick up our subway because we were short on time.nAfter reaching there to pick up the subway, they had us wait 15 min before someone was available at express pick up counter. The person at counter told us that they have not made our order yet, and when we asked how long it would take. They said they don't know. They will get to it after they have served customers in line which was many. We asked them to cancel our order to which they said we cannot cancel from our end so you will have to talk to customer care.nWe just left and had food elsewhere.nSuch a waste of time.
