Subway

First I had an issue with unfortunately some very new employees. I made an online order a few days ago and went to pickup was told out of everything I ordered. I asked them to cancel and they said they didn't know how to do that and just get back through bank.nnI spoke to Taylor today and she corrected my issue by fulfilling my order exactly as ordered. She was a pleasant to talk to and as a new local I will definitely order here often!nnThanks again Taylor for the terrific service!

We ordered 5 sandwiches last Saturday around 1 pm. The Subway was slammed. The two guys behind the counter were working so hard to feed everyone. They took great care with making sure that my order was prepared exactly how we wanted it. Kudos to both employees for incredible grace and customer service under pressure!

2 guys working 8/30 at 1:20 PM. Didn't acknowledge us at all. Took 10 minutes to ring up one group of 2 people in front of us. He took a phone call while ringing them up. Proceeded to make a takeout order before even ringing them up the rest of the way. Started making a second call in order before even acknowledging us. We left.

Food was good as usual but because of covid guidelines the line in the store backed up quick. They need one person just to run the checkout. Maybe one more person to make sandwiches

I've been here at least 4 times cuz honestly veggies for lunch is hard to find around here.nWhy do your workers always look like they are dying inside?nWhy's there never any cookies?nWhy is my chicken still cold after being toasted before my eyes?nWhy are all the veggie trays frozen?nWho's the store manager? Honestly.
